The third expansion by one of the largest mall in Surabaya, located in Embong Malang Street. The design was started in 2011, designed by Aedas, which Blue Antz Architect as the local partner. Four Points Hotel by Sheraton is located on the top of TP4 as existing structure. TP5 is consisting of 27 storeys condominium, 12 storeys office and 10 storeys grade-A mall including 5 multi-storeys car park. With 48 storeys total, TP5 became the 1st highrise building above 200m in Surabaya.
